Michael Phelps walks the red carpet with his new girlfriend, Golf Channel reporter Win McMurry, at the 2013 ESPY Awards held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Wednesday (July 17) in Los Angeles.
The 28-year-old Olympic swimmer was seen holding hands with his new gal inside the show while laughing at some jokes made about Ryan Lochte.
