Jennifer Lopez hits the red carpet for the For Your Consideration event to promote World of Dance on Tuesday (May 1) at the Saban Media Center in North Hollywood, Calif.

The 48-year-old entertainer was joined by her fellow judges Ne-Yo and Derek Hough, as well as host Jenna Dewan.

World of Dance aired last summer and it will be eligible for awards at the upcoming Emmys. The second season is set to premiere on May 29 with an increased order of 16 episodes, compared to last year’s 10.

Jennifer Lopez is joined by her World of Dance co-stars for a press day on the NBC Universal lot on Tuesday afternoon (January 30) in Universal City, Calif.

The entertainer posed with her fellow judges Derek Hough and Ne-Yo, as well as the show’s host Jenna Dewan Tatum, while promoting season two.

The second season of the NBC dance competition series is currently in production and will air later this year!

Jennifer Lopez hits the red carpet with her boyfriend Alex Rodriguez at an event to celebrate World of Dance on Tuesday (September 19) at Delilah in Los Angeles.

The 48-year-old entertainer was also joined by her fellow judge Derek Hough and the show’s host Jenna Dewan-Tatum.

Jennifer took to her Instagram account over the weekend to share a cute video of Alex in the audience of her Las Vegas show alongside his daughter Natasha. They both started doing choreography in their seats!

“This made my night ❤️❤️❤️Tashi and Daddy coming thru with the #ography�’�🏻 #waitingfortonight #Allihave #Vegas,” Jennifer captioned the video.

The finale of the first season of World of Dance just aired and the winner of the $1 million grand prize has been revealed!

The judges – Jennifer Lopez, Derek Hough, and Ne-Yo – had all the power throughout the entire season, scoring the acts in several categories for all of their dances.

Three acts made it to the finale to represent the three divisions – Upper (Les Twins), Junior (Eva Igo), and Team (Swing Latino). Each of the acts performed two dances during the “World Final” episode and the scores were averaged together to determine the winner of the season.

Here’s a fun fact: Les Twins are well known for performing alongside Beyonce for several years!

World of Dance has been renewed by NBC for a second season and Jennifer Lopez, the executive producer and star of the series, is speaking out about the great news!

“I am so proud to not only star, but produce a show that is so close to my heart,” Jennifer said in a statement (via Variety). “I am so happy that World of Dance has resonated with audiences and we are able to put dancers on the pedestal they deserve. I cannot wait to continue this journey and my partnership with NBC.”

Jennifer is a judge on the series alongside Derek Hough and Ne-Yo. Jenna Dewan Tatum serves as the show’s host.

The talent for the second season has not yet been confirmed, but it sounds like Jennifer will definitely continue her producing duties at the very least!

Jabbawockeez, one of the best known dance crews in the world, auditioned for World of Dance on the latest episode and the obviously got through to the next round!

The group won the first season of America’s Best Dance Crew back in 2008 and earned a space on the Las Vegas strip with a residency in 2010. They are currently appearing at the MGM Grand.

Recently, Jabbawockeez appeared in a season two episode of Master of None on Netflix.

Now, the group is competing on World of Dance, where they will be judged by Jennifer Lopez, Derek Hough, and Ne-Yo.

The new series World of Dance will be making its premiere tonight (May 30) on NBC and we can’t wait to see all of the amazing talent!

Jenna Dewan-Tatum is set to host the show and we not-so-secretly hope that she gets to show off her own dancing skills at some point. As you might know, she got her start as a dancer and had her big break alongside husband Channing Tatum in the movie Step Up. Make sure to watch her amazing Magic Mike-style dance on Lip Sync Battle last year.

The judging panel has three stars who all have lots of dance experience – Jennifer Lopez, who started her career as a dancer on In Living Color and continues to show off her skills in her Las Vegas residency; Derek Hough, who is an Emmy Award-winning choreographer and six-time winner on Dancing With the Stars; and Ne-Yo, who has put his dance moves to work on tour for many years.
