XXXTentacion Left Out of Grammys 2019's In Memoriam

Rapper XXXTentacion, who was tragically killed at the young age of 20 last year, was left out of the 2019 Grammys In Memoriam tribute on Sunday night (February 10).

Fans noticed that the Grammys paid tribute to Mac Miller, Avicii, singer Nancy Wilson, Lynyrd Skynyrd guitarist Ed King and Carol Channing, among others, but did not show a photo of the late rapper.

Many took to Twitter after the segment aired to call out the Grammys producers for their huge mistake.

XXXTentacion's Posthumous Album 'Skins' Debuts at No. 1 on Billboard 200

The late XXXTentacion is on top of the charts.

The rapper, who died at the age of 20 earlier this year, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with his first posthumous album Skins as of Monday (December 17) according to the official chart company.

It is XXXTentacion’s second overall No. 1 album, earning 132,000 equivalent album units in its first week, with 52,000 of those being album sales. It’s also the first posthumous No. 1 album since Prince‘s The Very Best of Prince in 2016.

His last album, ?, opened at No. 1 back in March of 2018. His first album 17 debuted and peaked at No. 2 in 2017.

XXXTentacion: 'Skins' Album Stream & Download - Listen Now!

XXXTentacion‘s legacy lives on with his new album.

The late rapper’s new album Skins has just been released – after his mother decided that his fans still deserved to hear his music.

XXXTentacion was tragically shot and killed when he was only 20-years-old while he was shopping in Miami back in June.

Before his death, XXXTentacion teamed up with Kanye West for the song “One Minute” that is featured on the new album.

XXXTentacion's Mom Accepts His Posthumous Award for Favorite Soul/R&B Album at American Music Awards 2018 - Watch

XXXTentacion‘s family is accepting an award on the late rapper’s behalf at the 2018 American Music Awards on Tuesday (October 9) at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.

“I’m so nervous, you guys…I am honored to accept this award on behalf of my son. I would like to thank the AMAs, his fans, and to everyone who made this possible,” his mother Cleopatra Bernard said while tearing up and accepting the award.

In June, the late entertainer was shopping for a motorcycle in Miami, Fla. when a gunman ran up to his car and opened fire.
