The 33-year-old pregnant Glee actress was joined by her husband Zandy Reich, who was seen putting on a pair of latex gloves, seemingly so he could open the door for Lea.

Lea and Zandy have been staying very active during her pregnancy. She was spotted out on a walk with her mom a few weeks ago.
