Scott Speedman: ‘Citizen Gangster’ Trailer!

Check out the trailer for Nathan Morlando‘s debut feature Citizen Gangster, a biopic about Toronto’s most famous postwar criminal Edwin Boyd.

Scott Speedman stars as Edwin Boyd, with Kelly Reilly and Brian Cox in supporting roles.

The film depicts Edwin Boyd (Speedman) as he returns from WWII disillusioned and unable to achieve his dreams of Hollywood stardom or provide for his children and wife Doreen (Reilly). Fueled by the disappointment he receives from his father (Cox), Edwin grows desperate and turns to robbing banks which spirals into a criminal career that allows Edwin to have it all – be a celebrity and provide for his family – but for a dangerous price.
