The 49-year-old designer went out to lunch with boyfriend Harry Louis and his ex Lorenzo Martone.

Last week, Marc attended the 2012 amfAR Inspiration Gala NY, where his design partner was an honoree of the evening, along with Fergie.

Earlier this month, Marc attended the 2012 Met Ball where he wore a sheer dress.

Marc told reporters he chose his outfit because he didn’t want to be like all the other guys wearing a suit.
