Amy Poehler sparkles in a black gown at the 2012 Emmy Awards held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday (September 23) in Los Angeles.

The 41-year-old Parks and Recreation actress was all smiles as she walked the red carpet before heading inside to watch the show.
