Hilary Duff drops off a CD with the title “Better Days” off at a friend’s house on Monday afternoon (September 23) in West Hollywood, Calif.
The 25-year-old entertainer, who will be celebrating a birthday this upcoming weekend, has been teasing her fans about her new music for a while and said that day that she was about to go into the studio to record a new song!
