Demi Lovato debuts her new blue hair while performing on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Wednesday evening (October 2) in Burbank, Calif.

The 21-year-old singer and X Factor judge was joined on the show by comedian Kathy Griffin and Newt Gingrich.
