Ashley Greene & Paul Khoury Hold Hands for CVS Errand Run

Ashley Greene and her boyfriend Paul Khoury hold hands while leaving a local CVS Pharmacy on Saturday (October 26) in Los Angeles.

The 26-year-old actress, in Koolaburra boots, and her beau each carried a bag of purchases out of the store as they headed to their car.

Earlier in the week, Ashley and Paul were in attendance at Just Jared’s Halloween Party, which was held at Beacher’s Madhouse inside the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel.
