Matthew McConaughey & Jared Leto - Governors Awards 2013

Matthew McConaughey and Jared Leto keep it dapper at the 2013 Governors Awards presented by the AMPAS at the Ray Dolby Ballroom of the Hollywood and Highland Center on Saturday (November 16) in Hollywood.

The guys were joined on the red carpet by their Dallas Buyers Club co-star Jennifer Garner.

Earlier in the week, Matthew was honored at the 2013 GQ Men of the Year Party held at the Ebell Club in Los Angeles.
