Lady Gaga: 'ARTPOP' is Platinum in Canada!

Lady Gaga shows off her shoulders while exiting her hotel for a fan Q&A on Monday (November 18) in Toronto, Canada.

“My 1st platinum plaque for ARTPOP! Thank u Canada! The Fame went platinum here 1st+now ARTPOP! What a wonderful night,” the 27-year-old entertainer tweeted later in the night with a pic.
