Pippa Middleton Braves Cold London Weather in Short Skirt!

Pippa Middleton braves the super cold weather while stepping out in a short skirt and showing off her toned legs on Thursday (February 13) in the Chelsea neighborhood of London, England.

The 30-year-old younger sister of the Duchess of Cambridge bundled up in her blue quilted jacket. We hope it was enough to keep her warm!
