Katherine Heigl rocks a blue dress under a puffy jacket while arriving on the set of her new show State of Affairs on Thursday (March 27) in New York City.

“Had a blast playing this handsome mans fiancée! Not a bad day at work ladies ;) Thank you @tallmanmark,” the 35-year-old actress tweeted the next day with a pic.
