Outlander's Sam Heughan Drops The Kilt for JJ Spotlight! (Behind the Scenes Photos)

Sam Heughan captures our attention with his beautiful eyes in this exclusive behind the scenes pic from the latest edition of the Just Jared Spotlight Series.

The 34-year-old actor was photographed on location at Dumbarton Castle in Scotland, where Sam has been hard at work recently on his new Starz series Outlander!

Sam is currently unknown to American audiences, but that surely won’t last for long once they see the heartthrob playing Jamie Fraser on the buzzed about new show.

Outlander follows the story of Claire Randall (Caitriona Balfe), a married combat nurse from 1945 who is mysteriously swept back in time to 1743, where she is immediately thrown into an unknown world where her life is threatened. When she is forced to marry Jamie Fraser (Heughan), a chivalrous and romantic young Scottish warrior, a passionate relationship is ignited that tears Claire’s heart between two vastly different men in two irreconcilable lives.
