Sam Worthington & Girlfriend Lara Bingle Step Out After Being Sued For Assault

It was recently announced that the 38-year-old actor and the 27-year-old supermodel are being sued for $10 million for their altercation with a photog earlier this year.

In the court docs, photographer Sheng Li, who suffered some injuries, accused the couple of assaulting him in February outside a bar in NYC, while he took pics of them, according to TMZ.

Sam and Lara are also being accused of slander and libel for their statements to the NYPD about the incident.
