Lana Del Rey Cancels All European Appearances Due to Illness

Lana Del Rey has fallen ill and has cancelled all of her upcoming scheduled appearances.

The 29-year-old songstress was set to appear at the BBC Radio 1′s Live Lounge today, and also was scheduled to perform at two appearances at Paris’ Virgin Radio, but was forced to not appear at either.

“For medical reasons independent of our will, the artist has been forced to cancel all promotional activities planned in Europe over the coming days,” Lana‘s rep told MTV UK.

Virgin Radio is reportedly not happy with Lana, as they reportedly released a statement saying they “disapprove of this total lack of respect for the fans and is removing Lana Del Rey from its playlist.”

Lana is scheduled to appear this Friday at the Music Midtown festival in Atlanta.
