Justin Theroux hangs on a balcony totally shirtless while sunbathing in his shorts on Monday (January 5) in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

The 43-year-old actor/writer looked so tanned and ripped while enjoying the last day of his vacation with Jennifer Aniston by his side. Looks like a relaxing vacay!
