Bruce Jenner Retains Lawyers After Fatal Car Crash

Bruce Jenner has retained lawyers after being involved in a fatal car accident over the weekend.

The 65-year-old former Olympian was spotted leaving the offices of lawyer Blair Berk on Monday (February 9) in West Hollywood, Calif.

While investigators reportedly don’t have any suspicion of Bruce texting and driving at the time of the crash, they do think he might have been following the car in front of him too closely. This would technically be a traffic violation and could be grounds for misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter, though the L.A. prosecutor’s office told TMZ it’s “very rare” to charge a driver for this offense.
