Scandal's First Lady Bellamy Young Meets the Real First Lady Michelle Obama!

Scandal‘s First Lady Bellamy Young beams as she takes a photo with the real First Lady Michelle Obama and Ellen DeGeneres while making an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, airing later today!

“We’ve only we met one other time. I met her last year around this time at White House Correspondents dinner,” the 45-year-old actress told Ellen. “Tony Goldwyn who plays my husband on the TV. We got to sort of go through a line and meet them together and the first thing she said to me was as we were walking onto the dance she says ‘why did you kill your son?’ And I was like, and I got really nervous and I was like oh, and I couldn’t really get any words out. So I was glad I got to speak today. And our sweet President said to Tony, ‘Mr. President? Mr. President.’ Like that’s how. And then the moment was over.”

“It’s crazy that any of them know who any of us are. That’s amazing,” Bellamy added about how President Obama and his wife watch Scandal.
