The 22-year-old entertainer was hanging out with fashion photographer Mert Alas, as well as Scout Willis and some other pals – and they all got in on the fun.

“Free nipples 😈free me 😈 @mileycyrus #love #lovenipples #mylittlethumb” Mert captioned one very racy pic of him censoring Miley‘s breast with his thumb.

Miley also posted a magazine cover that day which claimed she and Selena Gomez were pregnant by the same man. Miley captioned the image, “And by the same man we mean @justinbieber.” LOL.
