Hailee Steinfeld Signs On for 'Break My Heart 1,000 Times'

Hailee Steinfeld hits the stage during the 2015 Radio Disney Music Awards held at Nokia L.A. Live on Saturday afternoon (April 25) in Los Angeles.

The 18-year-old entertainer was joined by boy band Forever Your Mind (Emery Kelly, Ricky Garcia and Liam Attridge).

Hailee just signed on to star in the new thriller Break My Heart 1,000 Times! Variety reports that “The story is set after a cataclysmic event has torn the barrier between our world and the next, leaving ‘Remnants’ – or ghost-like essences of the deceased – part of everyday life. After years of quiet coexistence with the living, a Remnant sends a threatening message to a young girl, propelling her on a mission with consequences that will forever change the course of her life.”

The movie was written by 29-year-old screenwriter Jason Fuchs, who is the mind behind the upcoming Pan starring Hugh Jackman. He also is writing DC Comics’ Wonder Woman film!
