Katie Holmes hits up A.P.C. while doing some solo retail therapy on Tuesday afternoon (August 4) in the West Village neighborhood of New York City.

The 36-year-old actress kept it super comfy in SoulCycle sweats and a chambray shirt.

The woman in the photo with her is Jane Rosenthal, a film producer and co-founder of the Tribeca Film Festival.
