OlderJoe Jonas Debuts DNCE's 'Cake By the Ocean' Video Directed by Gigi Hadid!
DNCE rock out to the beat and the waves in their brand new vid for “Cake By The Ocean”.
The band — Joe Jonas, Jack Lawless, Cole Whittle and JinJoo Lee — “hosted” a cake eating contest for the concept of the video, set on the beach.
“We were thinking of ideas and turned around and said, ‘Why not put a massive cake on the beach?,’” Joe dished about the concept. “It came together really quickly and were really excited about it because it’s just something that I think is wacky and fun.”
He added about having girlfriend Gigi Hadid direct, “She’s always had a high creative eye so she came up with concept and we rolled with it. She was a good boss.”
Joe is also pictured below at the Disaronno Wears Cavalli global launch event on Thursday night (October 15) at Milk Studios in New York City.
