Olivier Martinez Files for Divorce from Halle Berry

Olivier Martinez has filed for divorce from his wife Halle Berry, just hours after she filed her own papers.

The 49-year-old actress filed her papers in court on Tuesday morning (October 27), but she used pseudonyms, according to TMZ.

Because Olivier didn’t agree with using fake names in the divorce petition, he had his lawyer file his own papers. It is reportedly important to note who left who in these high profile divorce cases.

Olivier is seeking joint custody of the couple’s two-year-old son Maceo and they have a prenup so other details of the split are already worked out.
