Chris Carney Dead - Tiffany Thornton's Husband Dies in Car Crash at 35

Chris Carney, the husband of former Disney star Tiffany Thornton, has died at age 35 in a car crash.

The former MTV star, who was on the reality series twentyfourseven and was a lead singer of the band Prom Kings, was involved in a single car accident on Friday morning (December 4) in Arkansas.

Chris and his friend Ezekiel Blayton were both pronounced dead on the scene. Their car “flew off the road while going around a bend and slammed into a tree,” according to TMZ. It is not known who was driving, but police say at least one of them was ejected from the car.

Tiffany and Chris, who were married in 2011, have 2 children. They just moved back to his home state of Arkansas last year.

Just yesterday, Tiffany wrote on Instagram that one of her best friends had passed away as well. We send our thoughts and condolences to her in this difficult time.
