Liam Payne Says His New Year's Resolution is to Give Up Smoking

One Direction‘s Liam Payne has a big New Year’s resolution in mind…he’s planning on quitting smoking!

The 22-year-old singer told People he’s ready to make the big change but knows it’s going to be hard work.

“I’m going to try and give up smoking, which is hard, but I do want to. I want to. It’s about time. Need to grow up now,” he said.

As for the other members of One Direction, Harry and Louis don’t quite have it figured out yet but Niall plans on hitting the gym!

“I’m going to train, succeed in the gym this year. I always do it when I’m on tour and then when I get home, I’m crap. Yeah, I would like to succeed properly and get the job done,” Niall explained.
