Lily-Rose Depp Talks Coming Out of Her Acting Shell in ‘V’ Magazine

Lily-Rose Depp gives a sultry stare on the cover of the special digital edition of V magazine’s Summer “Fashion & Film” issue, available now.

Here’s what the 16-year-old actress had to share with the mag.

On making her new movie Yoga Hosiers: “The most fun part of making the movie was being able to learn and experience everything for the first time with people I love and admire.”

On working with director Kevin Smith: “Kevin really helped me come out of my shell as an actress. Being able to feel free and comfortable in your character’s skin is so important. I’m lucky I had such great people surrounding me to help me do that.”

On the movie being inspired by Clueless and Gremlins: “I’ve actually seen both of those movies countless times. I think Kevin couldn’t have said it better””consciously or not, I definitely drew inspiration from those films.”
