Emma Roberts checks out some houses while out with a real estate agent on Thursday (July 7) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 25-year-old actress went casual in a tattered green sweater and distressed jeans while checking out possible new houses.

Emma has two upcoming movies set to premiere later this year. She co-stars alongside Dave Franco in the thriller Nerve and she joins Scream Queens co-star Billie Lourd in the crime drama Billionaire Boys Club.
