Britney Spears Doesn’t Remember Meeting Taylor Swift

Britney Spears may have met Taylor Swift back in 2008, but she doesn’t remember it at all!

The 34-year-old singer was doing an interview on the Kyle and Jackie O radio show and was asked who she would rather sit next to on a 24-hour flight to Sydney, Taylor or Katy Perry.

“I don’t know! I don’t know, that’s hard. They’re both so cool, I don’t know,” Britney replied. “I’ve briefly met Katy Perry at the Smurfs movie premiere. Maybe because I’ve met Katy Perry I would say Taylor Swift, because I’ve never met her before.”

Well, Britney actually met Taylor at the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards and fans pointed out that they also met years before that when Taylor wasn’t famous.

In Brit‘s defense, the photo opp was probably a quick one during a commercial break!
