Amber Heard Drops Doug Stanhope Defamation Lawsuit

Amber Heard is dropping her lawsuit against Johnny Depp‘s friend Doug Stanhope.

The 30-year-old actress filed suit back in June for defamation after he wrote an open letter defending Johnny in their domestic violence case.

“Amber is moving on, getting back to work and leading a normal, happy life,” Amber‘s team tells TMZ after she dropped the lawsuit earlier.

Amber and Johnny settled their divorce case earlier in the summer. Amber‘s divorce settlement will be donated to charity.
