Pregnant Katherine Heigl leaves Little Dom’s after lunch in some spooky Halloween makeup on Monday (October 31) in Los Feliz, Calif.

The 37-year-old actress was joined for lunch by her husband Josh Kelley.

Later that day, Katherine shared a family photo of her, Josh, and their daughters Naleigh, 7, and Adalaide, 4, in their Halloween costumes!
