'Real Housewives of New York City' Star Luann de Lesseps Arrested for Attacking a Cop

Luann de Lesseps, one of the stars of The Real Housewives of New York City, was arrested early Sunday morning (December 24) in Palm Beach, Florida for being drunk, disorderly and attacking a policeman.

The 52-year-old reality television star and socialite, who was previously married to Count Alexandre de Lesseps until their 2009 divorce, was arrested on charges of battery on an officer, disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest with violence and crimes against a person, according to the Palm Beach Post.

“I’m going to kill you all,” the state’s attorney reportedly said Luann told people prior to the arrest.

She was already released, but is due back in court on Monday (December 25) according to TMZ.

Luann recently filed for divorce from her second husband Tom D’Agostino after seven months of marriage.
