Liz Goldwyn Is Selling Her Rare Fashion Items for a Good Cause

Liz Goldwyn has partnered with Vestiaire Collective for a cool collaboration that you definitely will want to check out!

The author, filmmaker, and designer has teamed up with the global online marketplace for luxury pre-owned fashion resale to list 300 rare pieces from her own collection. The archive sale ranges in style and historical era, spanning over seven decades.

The collection will be available to purchase exclusively on VestiaireCollective.com beginning on October 25. A portion of the sales will be donated to Dress for Success.

“Clothing is integral to how I present myself; it’s my armour and my mask—a disguise and a canvas all at once,” Liz said in a statement. “When my father would teach me about art, he told me stories about the people in the paintings, and I always imagined their costumes the same way that Fellini used costumes in films—as part of their character. For me, that is my interest—not so much the ‘fashion’—but instead the craft and what a garment can express about history, memory, time, love and loss.”
