Laura Harrier is opening up about what happened when she was mistaken for Malia Obama at the airport and how she realized the fan thought she was the former First Daughter.

The 28-year-old BlacKkKlansman actress posted a selfie on her Instagram Stories that showed her with one hand over her face.

“When someone asks for a photo in the airport… but then after says ‘tell your dad we miss him.’ And you realize he thought you were MALIA OBAMA,” Laura captioned the pic.

She added, “I mean honestly not mad like please adopt me… but still.”

Laura broke out in Hollywood last year with her role in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Her latest movie BlacKkKlansman is getting a ton of Oscar buzz.
