Chrissy Teigen Collides with Leslie Jones' Umbrella to Start 2019

Ouch! Chrissy Teigen almost had her eye poked out live on television while hosting a New Year’s Eve special in Times Square on Monday night (December 31) in New York City.

Right after the clock struck midnight on January 1, Chrissy went in for a hug with Leslie Jones and the SNL star’s umbrella struck her in the face.

A fan posted the video on Twitter and said, “Oh no @chrissyteigen I hope you’re ok!!! Happy New Year!!!” Chrissy replied and said, “I’m okay!”

Glad to know she didn’t get hurt!
