Halsey Gives Powerful ‘Without Me’ Performance at Billboard Music Awards 2019 – Watch Now!
Halsey gives a dramatic performance of her song “Without Me” on the 2019 Billboard Music Awards stage!
The 24-year-old “Eastside” singer went barefoot for the performance held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Wednesday (May 1) in Las Vegas.
Joined by a dancer, the two showed off some powerful choreography in matching one-piece ensembles.
