President Trump Calls NBC & MSNBC 'Unprofessional' Over Technical Difficulties at Democratic Presidential Debate

A technical difficulty plagued the Democratic Presidential Debate on Wednesday night (June 26), which was aired on NBC and MSNBC.

The audio issue occurred to moderators Chuck Todd and Rachel Maddow, when Chuck asked Senator Elizabeth Warren about gun control.

“We are hearing our colleague’s audio,” Chuck said as voices could be heard off-screen in the auditorium, leaving the Democratic candidates confused.

“The control room can turn off the mics,” Rachel could be overheard saying. “If the control room can turn off the mics of the previous moderators.”

The technical difficulty struck a cord with President Donald Trump, who then took to Twitter to slam NBC and MSNBC for being “unprofessional.”

“.@NBCNews and @MSNBC should be ashamed of themselves for having such a horrible technical breakdown in the middle of the debate. Truly unprofessional and only worthy of a FAKE NEWS Organization, which they are!” Trump tweeted.
