Jamie Lynn Spears is getting ready for her return to acting!

The 28-year-old singer/actress took to Instagram on Tuesday (July 2) as she prepares for her role on the upcoming Sweet Magnolias series on Netflix. This is her first acting role in 10 years since Zoey 101.

Jamie Lynn ditched her usual blonde locks for her a new brunette ‘do as she prepares to take on the role of “Noreen Fitzgibbons, a young woman who came to Serenity to work as a nurse. After a sequence of bad choices, she is determined to build a new life in her new city,” according to Deadline.
