Julianne Hough‘s dog Koda just went missing, and she needs fans’ help.

The dancer shared the news on Instagram on Saturday (July 20) – her 31st birthday.

“Hey guys, we were just made aware that our dog Koda has slipped away from our dog sitter, and is missing,” she captioned the poster below, featuring photos of Koda, a reward, and a phone number to call if found. “He was last seen near Runyon Canyon area.”

“He is a black and white husky, and has one blue eye and one half blue/brown eye,” she continued. “His name is Koda, and he is super friendly and approachable, and weighs 55 pounds.”

“If you come across him can you please call the number below,” she added. “He is chipped as well, so if you take him to a shelter they will help notify us!”

“THANK YOU TO ANY AND ALL WHO LEND A HAND TO HELP BRING HIM HOME!” Julianne Hough finished.
