Meghan Markle & Prince Harry Leave Comment on Prince George's Birthday Post!

Prince George turns six years old today, and in honor of his special day, new photos were released on the Kensington Royal Instagram account!

Duchess Meghan Markle and Prince Harry (who represent @SussexRoyal on Instagram), left a comment on one of the new photos on Instagram to commemorate the future King’s birthday!

The Duke and Duchess wrote to their nephew, “Happy Birthday! Wishing you a very special day and lots of love!”

While the comment got some positive attention, some were not happy that they did not use Prince George‘s official title, His Royal Highness Prince George, to wish him a happy birthday.

“He is the future KING. Treat him with respect,” one commenter wrote, while another added, “He is HRH Prince George to you!!!! Don’t forget to mention!”

Many defended the royal couple, with one stating, “Stop nitpicking [and] relax. You just want to find fault where there is none. Family is family and how they address each other in public or private is none of your concern.”
