Hannah Brown Breaks Up with [Spoiler] on 'The Bachelorette' Finale, After Getting Engaged

SPOILER ALERT – So much drama happened on The Bachelorette‘s season finale and we’re recapping it here.

The season finale of The Bachelorette just aired and Hannah Brown‘s relationship status changed drastically during the episode. At the beginning of the night, she handed out the final rose to one of the final two men. But days after they got engaged, reports surfaced about the guy’s past and his intentions for going onto the show.

The next half hour of the show featured Hannah confronting the “winner” about his past and lets just say it didn’t go that well for him. She ended up taking off her ring.

Hannah learned one day after the engagement that Jed had a girl he was “hanging out with” before the show and that he ended things a week before going on the show. Then later, there was a People magazine article that came out from the ex-girlfriend’s side of the story.

Hannah confronted Jed about the article and while he tried to claim that they were never dating, she got him to admit that he told the ex-girlfriend that he loved her multiple times, that they met each other’s parents, and even went on vacations together. She ended up taking off her engagement ring.

“I am not with Jed anymore,” Hannah revealed during the live reunion. “The engagement’s over. We’re not together. That’s not what I said yes to.”

“When I said those things, the things that I said to him on my engagement date, I thought that was my day. And I feel like that was taken from me and how special that was. It’s been hard to grapple with that. But I know that what I got was not what I ever wanted for a life partner… I have grown so much and I know I deserved more than that.”

UPDATE: It looks like Hannah might have a DIFFERENT guy in her life now!
