Melissa McCarthy Fuels 'Little Mermaid' Ursula Role Rumors on 'Kimmel' - Watch Here!

Melissa McCarthy stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live on Monday (July 29) and teased the possibility of her taking on the role of Ursula in Disney’s live-action, The Little Mermaid!

“I read that you are going to be a part of the live-action remake of Little Mermaid,” Kimmel began inquiring. McCarthy interrupted and asked, “What’s that?”

“I hadn’t heard about that. It seems like it will be an awfully fun thing to do. I’d love if Disney gave me a little ringy-ding-ding,” McCarthy joked.

“We’ll see,” Melissa added as she proceeded to wink at the camera. “If it did happen, it would be very wonderful, Disney.”

Melissa McCarthy also talked about her dad trapping squirrels in the backyard, the worst date she has ever been on, her new movie The Kitchen with Elisabeth Moss and Tiffany Haddish, and embarrassing her kids.
