Beyonce Wishes the Late Nipsey Hussle a Happy Birthday on Instagram

Beyonce is thinking of the late Nipsey Hussle.

The 37-year-old Lemonade icon posted an Instagram tribute to the late artist, who was tragically murdered in late March, on what would have been his 34th birthday on Thursday (August 15).

“The marathon will be televised for N.i.P. ‘Cause true kings don’t die, we multiple, peace,” she captioned the tribute, a reference to husband Jay-Z‘s lyrics from “Mood 4 Eva” off of her new Lion King concept album, The Gift.

“Happy birthday in paradise,” she also wrote.

John Legend and DJ Khaled also recently paid tribute to Nipsey Hussle during the 2019 BET Awards. Watch the performance…
