Taylor Swift Explains When & How She'll Re-Record All Her Old Songs

Taylor Swift just explained how she will re-record all of her old songs after her former label, Big Machine, was purchased by Scooter Braun.
While the 29-year-old entertainer was sitting down for her interview on Good Morning America with Robin Roberts, Taylor was asked why Lover, her new album, is so special.
“This is the first one that I will own, of my work,” Taylor said of why Lover is so special to her.
Robin then asked about re-recording all of her old songs.
“My contract says that starting November 2020, I can record albums one through five all over again…I think that artists deserve to own their work. I just feel very passionately about that,” Taylor said. “It’s next year, it’s right around the corner. I’m really excited.”
So expect to hear Taylor Swift‘s re-recordings some time after November of 2020!
