Brandy & Ludacris Step Out for BMI R&B/Hip-Hop Awards 2019

Brandy is all smiles on the red carpet as she arrives at the 2019 BMI R&B/Hip-Hop Awards on Thursday night (August 29) at the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center in Sandy Springs, Georgia.

During the event, Brandy was honored with the BMI President’s Award.

Ahead of the event, Brandy took to Instagram to share a message about her gratitude for the prestigious honor.

“I’m so full today and so humbled by the beautiful moments ahead of me. I feel like this moment in my life will inspire me beyond measure and I’m truly thankful to the Most High and my beautiful family for holding me in the light of love,” Brandy wrote. “I have been through so much in my years of being here but I will never stop giving my heart and soul to this world and the purpose on my life.
