Sam Rockwell & Laurence Fishburne to Return to Broadway in ‘American Buffalo’

Sam Rockwell and Laurence Fishburne will star in a new production of the David Mamet play American Buffalo!

The production will open next year on Broadway at a theatre to be announced. Performances are set to begin in March 2020 and the official opening night has been set for April 14, 2020.

“American Buffalo remains, with Glengarry Glen Ross, Mr. Mamet’s most affecting and gripping play, finding far-reaching depths of humor, pathos and tension in the inept plans of three small-time criminals to steal a coin collection,” The New York Times‘ theater critic Ben Brantley has said about the play.

Sam last appeared on Broadway back in 2014 in the play Fool for Love while it’s been over a decade since Laurence has acted on the Great White Way.
