Film Independent Spirit Awards 2020 Nominations - Full List Released!

The nominations for the 2020 Film Independent Spirit Awards were just announced, and there are some big names on this list!

Jennifer Lopez received a supporting actress nomination for her work in Hustlers, and Shia LaBeouf received a nominations for his work in Honey Boy. In addition, a ton of other big names like Robert Pattinson, Adam Sandler, Elisabeth Moss and more are on the list!

The Film Independent Spirit Awards tend to honor films that are made on budgets of around $20 million. The awards are given out the day before the Oscars.

BONNIE AWARD – Bonnie Tiburzi Caputo joined American Airlines in 1973 at age 24, becoming the first female pilot to fly for a major U.S. airline. In her honor, the third Bonnie Award will recognize a mid-career female director with a $50,000 unrestricted grant, sponsored by American Airlines.
