Adam Sandler Reveals Who Convinced Him to Take 'Uncut Gems' Role - Watch!

Adam Sandler is opening up about his role in Uncut Gems!

The 53-year-old actor stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show for an interview to talk about his new movie, set to air on Monday, December 16.

During the interview, Adam revealed that his wife Jackie convinced him to take on the leading role in the movie.

“We discuss what movies I should do, and she said ‘you have to do it,’” Adam shared. “And as soon as she says I have to do something, I go ‘ok’ and jump right into it.”

Adam‘s role in Uncut Gems has already landed him a Best Actor nomination at the upcoming 2020 Critics’ Choice Awards.

Uncut Gems hits theaters on Christmas Day.
