Joan Collins is celebrating.

The 86-year-old screen icon was spotted celebrating on her Union Jack-adorned balcony on Friday (May 8) in London, United Kingdom amid the global health crisis.

Joan looked chic as ever in a white dress, raising a glass as she toasted to the celebration.

“Let’s raise a glass and make a toast to our great heroes and heroines of World War Two,” she reportedly said in a speech.

Victory in Europe Day celebrates the surrender of Germany in World War II, and is celebrated throughout Western Europe on this day.

At this same time last year, Joan stunned on the red carpet at the Met Gala in this familiar outfit.
